Eco-Friendly Questions Answered: Are any of your products Organic? - Yes we sell organic baby clothing and organic toiletries on our website. Are any of your products certified Organic by the Soil Association? - Yes our Mother Earth – mother and baby toiletries are all certified as organic by the Soil Association, which has very regulations before a product can be determined as being organic. What do you mean by ethically manufactured? - By ethically manufactured, we mean that the suppliers and manufacturers have a clear policy to ensure that all workers are treated fairly, and that no child labour is used. In fact our suppliers such as Organics for Kids, manufacture under conditions which go one step further to ensure farmers receive fair pay in return for their cotton crop. NooNoo design have also gone further and set up their own manufacturing unit in Vietnam meeting all ethical issues, providing a happy working environment. You sell wood toys, are they environmentally friendly too? - Yes, the toys which are made of wood from Selecta, an experienced German toy maker, who are committed to protecting the ecological system by ensuring they manage a sustainable forest. In fact they go further than that and also ensure only environmentally friendly colours and varnishes which are entirely safe for children are used in decorating their toys. What other environmentally friendly products do you stock? - We have created a whole range of baby gift baskets, which are uniquely designed Bio-degradable Natural Jute material baskets – being an environmental storage system which can degrade once you have finished with it. The Natural Bag company, our supplier, also ensure that these products are made under conditions similar to a Fair-trade charter. What about your own packaging – is that environmentally friendly too? - We endeavour to keep all packaging to a minimum, and the majority of our packaging can be recycled as it is usually paper, card or tissue. In this way, we can help you to recycle what you no longer require.
Delivery Questions Answered:
How quickly are your orders dispatched? - We guarantee that as a minimum all orders will be dispatched within 5 working days, but the majority of orders are dispatched next day.
How long does it take to receive the goods? - All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Delivery which we expect to be received the following working day.
When free delivery is offered, will it take longer to receive the order? - No all orders are dispatched in the same way, and it will not take longer to receive an order on our free delivery offer.
Can I request a Special Delivery service? Yes, please contact us to arrange special delivery, your order will be guaranteed to be received the next day before 1pm by Royal Mail.
If I live locally can I arrange local delivery arrangements? - Yes, if you live in the Coventry and surrounding areas it may be possible to arrange alternative delivery, please contact us by telephone or email to arrange.
Is it possible to arrange for the order to be delivered straight to the intended recipient? - Yes our order system will ask if you wish to specify a different delivery address. Please ensure that the name and full address is quoted for your recipient at the checkout.
Can I arrange to include a special message with the gift? - Yes, if you select the gift wrapping option at the checkout, you will be able to add your own message and we will include this on a handwritten gift card and send it with your gift.
