We understand that once our customer has purchased their gift they will want to receive it quickly. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible for you, this is usually by the end of the next working day wherever possible, from receipt of your cleared payment. We always try to hold stock of every item we advertise which enables us to handle your order efficiently, due to demand this may not be possible on occasion, and we will inform you by email of any delay to your order where this occurs. If your order is delayed longer than 5 working days for any reason we will inform you by email. Each order is handled in the order in which it is received.
For UK delivery address: We offer 2 delivery services -
Standard Delivery is sent via Royal Mail First Class and can take up to 5 working days from the date you have placed your order to arrive. Occasionally during busy periods please allow extra time for delivery.
Special Delivery for urgent items are sent via a Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery on a next working day guaranteed service. Your order will arrive within 2 working days from the date you have placed your order. A signature will always be required upon delivery at the address. If it is easier for you we can deliver to a work address, please enter the Company name and address details in the Delivery address Details section at the checkout.
For urgent orders where same day dispatch is required please call to confirm arrangements before placing an order as same day dispatch is not always possible.
For Europe and Worldwide delivery address: You will be offered a standard delivery service for all orders to an overseas address, which is sent by Royal Mail Airsure, International Signed for Service or a Courier depending on the country of delivery and size of the item. The expected delivery times will differ from country to country, as an approximate guide Western Europe Aim 2/3 working days, Eastern Europe Aim 3/4 working days and Rest of the world Aim 5 working days. For any other information regarding International Services please do not hesitate to contact us with your request prior to your order. For urgent delivery of your item we can arrange a courier delivery to most destinations which will be with you in 1/2 working days, please contact us by telephone or email for a quote before ordering.
Each order and delivery charge is calculated automatically in the Basket View before you proceed to checkout so you can clearly see how much the delivery cost is without having to enter any personal information.

Our current special offer - FREE DELIVERY on all Gift Baskets to any address within the UK, which will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. If you require an urgent delivery for your Gift Basket please select Special Delivery, your order will be sent via a Royal Mail Special Delivery service for you, but there will be a charge for this service in line with our usual charges. This will be calculated for you to see before you proceed to the checkout. All gift baskets ordered for any overseas address wil be calculated in line with our usual delivery charges.
There will be a standard delivery charge of £4.95 for all orders placed via the mail order form.
